WHY EXHIBIT WITH US?
EXPANDING WITH SUCCESS We at the Hemp & CBD Expo are proud to announce our second UK show. Hot on the heels of our sold out March show and as a result of the significant interest of businesses who unfortunately missed the opportunity to exhibit at the first event, we have expanded into the larger ‘Hall 17’ for our September exhibition.
The Hemp & CBD Expo 2019 will showcase products and services from farmers and growers, seed providers, to distributors, clothing companies, and hemp accessories, to hemp food products and paraphernalia and you can be part of it all…
Keeping with the same format of our innaugural March show, we will again be putting on a 1 day build + 2 show open days expo. We feel this is the best strategy for our market, packing as much into a 2 day expo as possible and reducing exhibitors staffing and accomodation costs. Joint B2B & B2C hours Our attendance from March indicates a strong B2B visitor attendance which will again be our primary goal. This allows us to conduct joint B2B & B2C hours for September.
WHERE WILL THE SHOW BE HELD?
We’ve chosen the NEC for our event to help set a precedent for a professional business feel for the show as our main goal is to attract trade visitors and have our exhibitors make the vital business connections needed for continual growth in this budding market, with an added bonus of retail customers in attendance. The NEC boasts fantastic convenience in an array of nearby hotels, restaurants, and shopping in the form of Resorts World. Ample parking space and a host of transport links with BHX airport, and Birmingham International Station just a stones throw away! This is all to help provide peace of mind for our exhibitors in their plans to showcase their business at our show.
The NEC has become the UK’s number one venue of choice for organizers, exhibitors, and visitors.
THE NEC – THE UK’S NUMBER ONE VENUE – is where brands are born, products are launched and networks are made. The venue welcomes 2.1 million visitors and over 34,000 exhibiting companies to over 500 events every year and is 80% larger than the UK’s next largest exhibition venue.
The NEC originally had seven exhibition halls upon its creation in 1976 – today there are 20. Not to mention 34 conference suites and a host of additional outdoor spaces.
Resorts World Birmingham – the UK’s first integrated destination leisure and entertainment complex – opened on the NEC site in 2015. It comprises a casino, four-star boutique hotel, and Asian-themed Santai Spa, an outlet shopping center containing 50 units, an 11-screen IMAX cinema, 18 restaurants and bars, and the Vox – a multi-use conference and banqueting facility managed by the ICC Birmingham team.
The £150 million development has made the NEC site a 24/7 visitor destination and supports the continued prosperity and growth of the NEC campus, which now welcomes six million visitors each year.
